Registration for the hotel is on your own.
Register earlyto assure your room at the
conference rate! Hotel rates are $179 per night
plus 12% bed tax for single or double occupancy, $199 for
triple occupancy and $219 for the quad rate. Students receive
the single rate for triple or quad occupancy. These rates are
good for up to 7 days before or after the conference.
The hotel will hold our room block until May 28, but we
highly recommend registering earlier. It will help us with
planning and avoid running out of rooms. You will get the
conference rate after our block reservation size has been
exceeded onlyIF rooms are available.
