The Western Farm Management Extension Committee is an organization of Extension Economists from the 13 western states, Guam and other Pacific Islands supported by Cooperative Extension Service Directors in the western region and the

The purpose is to share concerns and ideas, with the goal of becoming more effective as Extension specialists. Committees and task forces are organized to work together on projects or issues that are common to several or all states. 

The Committee works closely with the Western Extension Marketing Committee and its membership. As a result, this site also includes information contributed by members of that committee. In addition, the Committee sometimes meets and works with the Western Regional Policy and Community Development Committees.
